"Overall, our stay was good! The only things I didn’t like were the rooms are kind of small, the wood floor in our room could’ve been cleaned better, the tv only has local cable so it’s just a bunch of channels in Italian and no streaming apps and I feel like the staff could be more welcoming when you arrive/check in. None of those were that big of a deal so we enjoyed our stay. Located right by a metro station, lots of food options around and felt like a safe place."

"The hotel was modern and clean, would consider returning again. Nice area within walking distance to local bakeries and shops and even to the Eiffel tower. A couple small issues: - Shower was a weird; very hot water came out of bath spout even when showering. - Check in said before midnight which was strange, but they let us check in after midnight which was nice. "Pullman was a great hotel close to the Eiffel Tower. If you splurge for the rooms with the view, it’s really unbeatable! We asked for early check in weeks in advance but in general, it seems that most European countries don’t have rooms ready for early check in unless you pay a fee. They’re willing to hold your luggage so that’s an added bonus. We paid for breakfast that had standard eggs, fruits, granola, yogurt, and fresh fruit and juices. One day, we asked to have it delivered to the room, which cost a few per person and actually to order eggs as well cost extra per person even though they’re available downstairs in the buffet with the regular breakfast package. Staff was kind and the property was clean! Super convenient to the Eiffel Tower and a few restaurants are nearby as well (which are actually pretty subpar given the location) but open late nonetheless. Turndown service happened every day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay for our first time in Paris! "
