"The property is conveniently located within about a 30 minute drive to Disney. It’s located on a very busy road, but I didn’t really notice the traffic noise from my room. They do offer a free Continental breakfast in the lobby area, which is a good thing, because there was not a coffee maker in the room. The property does look a little run down and it could use a little sprucing up, but I would stay here again."

"Outside lighting is needed. Check in is 5pm but the office closes at 4pm so everything is done over the phone. Could use a good cleaning."

"Unable to stay a second day. Family did not feel safe with the storm coming. Accomodations are simply a single wide mobile home. Could not even check out, because the owners had left ahead of the hurricane. Looking for a refund to my credit card. Also had an extra unexplained charge for $93."

"Property was very quiet and spacious. Clean and nice. Great WiFi and needed cause cell coverage is bad. Beds are ok. Downstairs bed is exceptional. However Cleaners put damp sheets on the kids beds so I had to pull them off and dry them. Washing machine only worked with cold wash. Tiny Private pool is not heated so unless it’s super warm out you won’t use it. Location has heavy car traffic getting in and out on narrow residential streets Ultimately great place but needs better management...

"I needed an inexpensive over night stay. This was pretty good for the price. It was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but I was only there to sleep. Fit the bill!"

"This is not a viable advertisement. You cannot check in. Phone # listed doesn’t work. You can’t get in the gate without talking to someone. And you can’t talk to someone when the phone is disconnected. I was on the phone with hotels.com service for 1 1/2 hours trying to get to my stay. I had to pay for another hotel just to have a place to stay. Over a week and still no refund!"
