"Property 12-15 mins walk from hakata station, next to Canal City. Hotel is excellent with good breadfast and onsen. Breadfast more of european origins and very tasty. 2nd floor very spacious and relaxing. Rooms are good standard japan size. Would highly recommend if the price is right"

"Clean but not pristine because room is serviced every 3 days unless requested otherwise. We were only given clean towels every day in a bag hung on our door handle. Our trash was minimal but stayed in the room till serviced. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.Could barely hear street noise and absolutely nothing from neighboring rooms.
