"We stayed here last 4 days ago and it was very convenient. We didn't realize that the tour trolley literally passes by our villa and we love it. We didn't have to drive or look for parking if we want to see different spots. The breakfast was good. The place was clean. There are so many places to eat walking distance. We love that the 600 year old oak tree is in the center of the property and we sit there to wait for our ride or just to relax. "

"Located in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of nearby bars (though I didn’t get to try any of them). Super easy parking. Both outdoor lot & indoor garage available. All of the staffs I encountered were nice and friendly. Room’s very clean, but I feel like it’s time for a new AC filter. I woke up with stuffy nose which is very unusual for me as a person with no allergies at all. Additionally, the room was freezing cold and the AC controller didn’t really do anything. "We have stayed in this area many times but this hotel is the jewel of St. Augustine. They treat you like family and do all they can to accommodate guest. I gave five stars because it is as high as I can give on the site but it’s really a 10 10 10. You will be so pleased if you stay. "
