"Recently remodeled, rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Great pool area with bar."

"Overall, the property is very nice, clean and peaceful at the time we stayed. Room looks very spacious but the carpet was old and faded. Outdoor amenities are excellent. Food service not good at the Chef's Secret Window. Most of the time it was unattended or nobody there to take orders. Fireside Lounge and Las Brizas Bar has good service and food tasted very good."

"We stayed three days and the last day was bad. They closed the pool to trim the palm trees and they were not finished till 2pm! That ruined are whole day. Why didn’t they do a section at a time over several days? If not for this I would have given 5 stars. Very disappointed on our last day. "

"The rooms are lovely and very clean. Maid service is excellent. all staff are warm, friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the Water Cafe. They could provide more shade by the pool and Pool Bar, not enough umbrellas."
