"This was a nice hotel but not as nice as the other Langham hotels. My biggest gripe is that there were no mini-bars in the rooms. You have to pay for everything to be delivered to the room including snacks. The room itself had water but no snacks or fruit or anything. Also, the room had a shower with a very slippery floor. There was no bathtub. "

"I was disappointed that the spa was closed on Monday and Tues especially because my sister and I came for a 2 night stay Mon- Wed for a spa vacation. I found out after I booked it. A small glass of wine. Bottles $ 60-80 No service around the gambling floor to order any drinks. Maybe one server. Restaurants too expensive and I was disappointed in the shops. I had to drive everywhere. Next time I will stay closer to newbury st. "

However, it was very disappointing that the only place to eat in the hotel on Sunday night was in Rumba. It is a small area and a very limited menu. I could not believe the service - the very highest standard, where every single person makes you feel welcome, and wants your stay to be the best ever.
