The level of the hotel we stayed on was undergoing renovations so the carpet was ripped up in the hallways and paper down. The room smelled. The bathroom was very clean. Do not like the waffle scratchy cover. Staff was very nice.

Our original room was in an area where there were guests who were being quite noisy. After reaching out the this hotel’s amazing on staff managers, they made it right and upgraded our room to a quieter area of the hotel. The managers were attentive, understanding, and kind due to a situation that was nobody’s fault other than the rude, selfish guests that were across the hall from us. Very happy with this hotel’s customer service. Will be back again!
