"Everything about our stay at the Disneyland Hotel was excellent. The service was top notch and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the lobby always had a fresh clean look and smell no matter the time of day. It is also conveniently located near downtown disney and the monorail which takes you right into tomorrowland. We cut off alot of time and crowd by using the monorail during early entry. We loved it all and can't wait to stay again."

"It was an amazing stay, when I arrived I was greeted by a Disney cast member and lead to the registration desk, where I was checked in. After I used my phone to unlock my room. No more worrying about a physical key. The room was clean the beds soft and the bathroom was spotless. I enjoyed the heated pool and the hotel itself is beautiful. It is close to the entrance to the park and close when you are done with the parks. They cast member were friendly. "

"My friend absolutely loved the elephant towel on the bed when we first entered the room. Everything was clean, too. The hotel was within walking distance of Disneyland. The staff was friendly. I requested another roll of toilet paper at the front, and the next day, they supplied us with three more rolls. They were also helpful in the breakfast room in the mornings. I didn't know how to use the waffle maker, and one of the workers helped me with it. He even communicated with me in Spanish which...

"Nicely located. Staff very friendly, comfy beds. My only complain is that the property is old, well cared for but still old and the air conditioner was noisy and it made it difficult to go to sleep. "
