The resort was nice but paying 40 a day to park was expensive. Missed that when I booked via expedia. Also, the staff were great but I wanted to extend a day and spoke to the front desk to arrange. I had booked 2 rooms and the hot water in the shower would just stay warm so I had the family change into our room. Front desk noted all my concerns and extended the stay. The next day when I checked out of one of the rooms, the front desk person told me that no extension had been made but she could add it for a dollar amount. I was surprised and just said go ahead. She understood that new people were moving into the room but said it was not their policy to clean the room. I said I wanted the room cleaned since it was a new booking (at full rate) but basically ran me around in circles on getting the room cleaned. Front desk needs training and the lady should be let go of. I stay at hiltons often and they always seem professional but this time, not so. The front desk staff get a 0 for a rating. Dropped the ball for everything in dealing with them, including fixing the broken shower.
