Overall the stay was fine. I failed to check ahead of time that there was a hair dryer in the room and did not discover the oversite until my hair was washed the next morning. I sent my husband down, twice, without success. He was told nothing could be done until housekeeping arrived. We had a flight to catch. I ended up in the lobby with wet hair, pleading for someone to check an empty room for a hair dryer. Mine is not the type of hair you can just throw up in a pony and go! Finally, she agreed to check and found me one. She should have done that for my husband the first time. It is an amenity offered at this hotel and thus not worth the precious luggage space while traveling.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Lots of places nearby for meals. The only real complaint that I had was with the indoor pool. The water was very cloudy and I couldn’t see the bottom of the pool at the deep end. We didn’t try the hot tub but others were in it and seemed to be enjoying it. I’d definitely stay there again.

Im really happy with our choice. If i may say there were a fre guest smoking pot which me snd our traveling guest were unaware this was allowed not knowing the laws of GA it was a bit overwhelming the smoke and smell. Othet than that i recommend this hotel! Service desk very professional. Thank you Guest traveling firm California and Washington.

The hotel was just old, very nice staff and very convenient to airport with shuttles. However the rooms are poorly cleaned with a broken couch and a wet bed for some reason (might be the weather in Atlanta since I’m not from around).

The staff at this property were friendly and helpful. I want to give a shout out to Kay who was working last night and really went above and beyond for customer service, she is a rockstar! Her willingness to go above and beyond and provide excellent customer service has really made me want to make Choice Hotels my number one pic going forward.
