Modern and convenient for late arrival or early flight departure. Super friendly staff. Hotel is only 8 months old but the bed felt like it needed replacing already = not a comfortable sleep. Shower corners look they need a good clean and shower isn't very powerful with clumsy head that kept falling out of holder - water also escapes the door onto bathroom floor. Bit disappointing for a brand new hotel - but still convenient and safe stay close to airport with fabulous friendly staff. Would probably choose Novotel next door next time.

This property is absolute stunning! The gardens and walkways are still under development (possibly as park of wider airport development) but the property itself is beautiful! The foyer, dining areas and the room itself were all beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, the staff were professional and helpful and the breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again if transiting through Auckland airport.
