Pleasantly surprised! The concept of the toilet in the shower was interesting however that didn’t distract from the splendor of the room.

Awesome service and cleanliness, the staff was incredible, rooms were very trendy. However the rooms were also tiny with not enough room for 2 people to move around comfortably.

Everything was great except for the restaurant situation. The damn thing was always closed. Also the pool bar closed at 11p and we couldn’t sit outside. Other than that everything was good.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For $400. per night we surely expected better. The room was bare minimum. Having the very small toilet in the shower stall was rediculous and having your feet on the wet shower floor while going to the toilet and no privacy with the lightly frosted shower door. The coffee set up in the room was totaly inaducate--I had to go to the coffee shop down stairs to get a decent $4.00 cup of coffee. I really feel like I had been "had" overall.

The check in process was great! I got there several hours before my check in and there was a room available. However, my sheets were dirty but housekeeping came and changed them right away. Would I stay there again, probably not due to the noise on 6th street.

The staff is great. The room was clean. However it was way too small for 2 people and would be good for a solo traveler. You could hear street noise, but wasn't too loud or bothersome. This just wasn't my best Hyatt experience.
