"A beautiful and elegant house obviously much loved by owners. There are large rooms with high ceilings and good air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. It's in a great location for walking into the walled city and also convenient to the train station. There are good bakeries and a grocery within easy walking distance. The kitchen has been redone to modern standards, so it's great for breakfast and meals if you don't want to eat out. When we arrived, we had some issues caused by previous renters....

"Lovely, historic hotel in the heart of Avignon. Staff was excellent! Very walkable location to stroes and restaruants.. When I checked in I was told that breakfast was included but when I checked out I was charged for each day. The breakfast was rather minimal and the eggs were always cold. Otherwise ths is a very nive place to stay. "
