"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I love Sheraton in general. But this particular Sheraton makes me feel so homey and comfortable. Beautiful decoration, spacious room, comfy bed, clean bathroom with lots of amenities, literally I can find everything I need in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. "The villa was extremely spacious and clean. You have to call for room service daily as it is not automatic but the cleanliness was excellent. The view was to die for. Even during 3 months of drought season and the fields were dry, the view was still splendid and the weather was very cooling. Having breakfast by the balcony (there's 2!!) was an unique experience. The pool was also kept clean and there was an excellent view from the pool too. I would have given 5 stars rating if not for a few...

"The Towel is so dirty and the customer service is worse. We ask why the room door lock was spoilt and the interior electic wire box was damage. There is hair on the bed. This is really becoming a motel instead of hotel. Hotel lobby full of cars and its a bus terminal . The only good point is the location and they offer double queen size bed at a reasonable price."
