"Beds are super comfortable. Pillows on the stiff side, but we managed. Temperature was set at 72, which was a bit warmer than we sleep in at home but we managed. Kitchen is very convenient, we prefer home cooked food and so do kids. Bbq grill didnt get hot enough but, thats ok, we used the stove. Nice having a garage and bikes! Wasn't too many kids, seemed more of a retired or singles get away. But, we would return, and recommend "

"Beautifully decorated condo close to the heart of Palm Springs. Well thought-out and inspiring design. The condo complex was lovely and the pool & parking were top-notch and secure. "Enjoyed a one month stay in this modern, stylish and well equipped vacation home. The host and property manager responded to each request very promptly and met all my needs. This upper unit has mountain views and two outdoor balconies that offer sun or shade depending on your needs. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to downtown, even closer to the airport and beautiful landscaped. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"We arrived in San Francisco and drove to Palm Springs for the stagecoach concert. The location was great and close to many events. Views are great of the mountains. Staff friendly and both check in and out process was super easy. I would highly recommend and hope to go back sometime."

"My interaction with Arrived was top-notch. They were so easy to work with and tried to make their clients happy. Very much appreciated. The house had a few "issues". no remote for the master light and fan. internet/spectrum TV went out every 20 minutes in the LR, use of the oven caused the whole house to get smokey and smoke detectors went off many times. master shower head positioned poorly such that either you had to stand against the wall or the floor got soaked. Only provided 4 towels...

"Great location! The condo had everything we needed and property was well kept. Condo was close to both pool and laundry facilities. No fitness centre but tennis courts and the tram road walk/run are excellent. Property owner was very accommodating and communication was quick and friendly. Great place to stay!"

"Never received entry instructions (multiple calls and messages, no response). Completely ghosted. And VRBO's guarantee? STILL WAITING ON VRBO TO GET BACK TO ME. Had to drive home. Multiple plans and purchased tickets waisted. Vacation ruined. Multiple days off work waisted."

"This was the perfect choice for a girls weekend trip. We each had our own very comfortable space. The decor is fabulous and the amenities are great. The location is super convenient to all the area attractions and we heard no noise from other units or in the neighborhood. Communication with the host was seamless, replies were prompt and information/recommendations were very helpful. Highly recommend a stay at Los Balcones."

"This condo is as close to snow summit as you can get. We loved that. There’s even a place to hang your boards inside the house! The communication was amazing. I wouldn’t say the couch or chairs are comfortable so we didn’t do much sitting around. The hot water didn’t seem to get very hot. Maybe it takes a really long time to come through. Over all the location is perfect for being close to the runs."

"This condo was so perfect for our family (my husband and I, our daughter, son-in-law and our grandson). The layout provided privacy and the location allowed us to walk easily to downtown, several parks, grocery stores, etc. Rita was a great host, she was very responsive to any questions we had and outfitted the space with several pieces of child equipment and pool toys so we didn’t need to bring those things with us. We enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you."

"Just back from a two-month stay in PS. My sister and our husbands enjoyed everything about our very comfortable 2-bedroom condo which was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The large patio was private, most beautiful pool area with lots of loungers, very quiet property. We totally enjoyed the sun, fragrant flowers, fruit trees, walks, and hikes. Hosts were delightful and very helpful. Fantastic time in every way. Will be back."

"This property was very clean and comfortable for a long weekend stay in Palm Springs. A short walk to lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Good driving distance to other local attractions. The complex was quiet and clean with a very nice relaxing pool area. After a long day out, the cloud like bed and pillows made for a restful sleep."
