It’s a fine hotel but definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. The rooms were not well maintained. There was a lot of patchwork on the walls, the shower screen leaked water on the bathroom floors. It was also impossible to get the coffee and creamer properly stocked daily while the cleaning was done.

We love this hotel- the location could not have been better. The facilities were great however they agreed to do my laundry and have it back the next day, but it did not arrive until my departure day right before I had to leave for my flight. Very stressful but Paul saved the day! I would definitely go back as the location was excellent and we really enjoyed their daily breakfast as well as their restaurant on the seventh floor.
