The bed was to hard it kept moving when trying to sleep had handicap spouse

Wish there was more shade for the kids as it is too hot for summer. Some trees around the pool might be a great idea. Looks bare around the pool

Beautiful buildings, pretty suites, kind staff, great food.

We really enjoyed our stay, it’s been a while. There are some things that we would’ve liked to have had , that would’ve made it better. One, safe, and refrigerators in the room. Two, make the pool area adults only, at 5:00, not 6:00. Three, we like having our room “turned down”, straightened every day. If not every day, every 2nd day of a customers stay. Four, we were there for 4 days, the lunch buffet was the exact same thing, every day. We ended up going somewhere else to eat , because we didn’t like eating the same thing. The dinner buffet Friday night, was not good! I’m glad my husband had a free one, because we would’ve been upset to pay over $100 for 2 to eat. The crawfish and the royal reds, were mush. Like they were over cooked or old. The snow crabs were so-so. We will return and give it another try. We absolutely enjoyed the lazy river, and the hot tub. Our room had a great view, and was comfortable. The casino was nice, and we enjoyed the live band Saturday night. Nashville South was awesome!! Thank you, Michele P

Everyone was so polite and eager to assist with any request. Also the put-put golf course was way cool.
