"The condo was comfortable, clean and had a good variety of kitchenware. The front deck was great but given the hot sun a porch umbrella would have been appreciated. The boardwalk to the beach was well lit and maintained, and as advertised it was only 2 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the rental agent could have been better since instructions on getting into the complex and door code did not arrive until one day in advance. "We enjoyed our stay, it was our first time staying here. The beach was calm and lovely. The only downside is the walk to the beach, as well as the parking situation, they wouldn’t let two vehicles in until we got in contact with the owner which she was nice about it and very helpful! it’s a super cute condo and very nice and clean. The twin beds sleep AMAZING! I wish I could have taken the bed home with me lol."

"My husband and our 2 dogs stayed for 4 days and it was great. Condo in good condition, Harbor Island is well maintained. Lovely pools, beach, great for walking, a dog park, tennis, pickleball and half court basketball. Very quiet this time of year. Not sure how it is in the summer months. Nice addition have the Hunter Island parking pass to use. So beautiful."

"This property is perfectly located and very quiet. It’s close to the Spanish Moss Trail if you enjoy biking. The view of the water from the balcony was great. We enjoyed watching all the boats go by. We’ll be back for sure!"

"Overall the property is great. Inside the villa you will find updated decor and the kitchen is top notch. Location to the beach is excellent. The only advice I can give is to be aware that you will have people above you and the noise is very loud. Every time someone walks or opens the sliding door in the villa above this one, the noise echos below.
