We make a great effort to ensure our guests are aware of the special room type they're booking and have made it a priority to clearly set expectations by prominently listing the room name and giving an honest description online and offline. In regard to the layout and amenities, we appreciate your input and will take it into consideration for future improvements.Please accept our apologies for the challenges regarding the additional fee. We, like most hotels, require a deposit to hold your room, and authorizations may take between 5-7 business days to be released by the card's issuing bank. We hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you and that you will come back for a renewed experience.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are great. I initially said there were some issues with the A/C noise and shower water pressure. The called me within 1/2 hour and offered to change our room. We chose not to. They sent someone to fix the shower pressure and it was good. Very responsive. The restaurant was very expensive. $7 for a cup of coffee. It was $65 for 2 of us for breakfast. I only had pancakes and coffee. Husband had eggs, toast, potatoes, bacon and the coffee. I guess it's to be expected in Boston though. It's an expensive town. We had a great time though. Celebrated daughter's graduation with her Master's Degree from Emerson College.

I love staying here partly because of the view, I am not from a city. The room we stayed in 11088, the window was so dirty we could not see very well. This is the first time that has happened and I have been here 5 or 6 times. Diane

Ist night we were there, jack hammer was working late into the night. The Saturday night the music/bass was very annoying. It didn't quit until 12:30 am.

Overall, I was happy with the hotel. What I didn't like was having to pay $35.00 per day for fitness club access, parking and whatever else it covered. They call it a "Destination Charge". I think it should be optional for guests who intend to use theses services.

When I made my reservation through Expedia I paid additional money to upgrade to a superior room of 280 square feet (per the website). I was placed into an extremely small room with a queen bed but, after complaining, was told by the front desk the room was only 220 square feet. (They have rooms as small as 180 square feet.) I ended up paying even more money to get a room I could actually live in. I was extremely disappointed with this booking and will be reluctant to book through Expedia again.

The per-room/per-night additional fee is just just an extra charge with near zero value to the customer. It is just another way to charge a customer a junk fee to make more money from each room. It will certainly make me think twice about staying at a Hilton-run property.

The bathroom in the room was the smallest I have ever had in 50 years of travel. The walls must be paper thin because we could hear conversattion of person next door at 3 am. Prperty is nice and location excellent. Valet not set up well, we pull up to front and guy standing telling us if we are valeting we need to go another spot a copule streets around the building.

The property lobby seemed to have been renovated but the rooms seemed to have had a cheap “refresh”. The room and bathroom needs an actual reno. Staff was pleasant everywhere but at the lobby bar. Bartenders seemed annoyed with the guests drinking at the bar… bizarre!

Booming music from nearby wedding reception seemingly right next to my room at midnight. Called front desk and the gal was unapologetic and said it should quiet down in a few minutes. I had to get up early for a flight at 5am so not very pleased. Bell men never smiled.
