This property is always, clean, quiet and up to standards. I had requested a king sized bed away from the elevator and ice machine and all of my requests were fulfilled. This is my go-to property when I am visiting the Boston area.

It is a very basic motor inn so expectations are modest. Rooms are spacious and in-room amenities (microwave, mini fridge, coffee) are good. Our room was not turned over after our first night stay and the breakfast was cleaned out pretty quickly (the hotel was full of kids sports teams during our stay). Good options for local (walking distance) dining and a park nearby for kids to play. I thought the price was a bit steep all things considered.

Very basic but ok and a good value for the price. It was not good how there was a routine fire alarm that went on and on in the early morning on Tuesday the 21st and the staff did not let customers know ahead of time. It was ridiculous and people were needlessly concerned.

It was overall clean. The furniture was not in good condition. The bed was comfortable but had a stain on the side and was not enclosed in a mattress protector. There were some minor things that needed repair. The breakfast is very minimal and runs out most mornings before 9:30. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good and close to the subway (10-15 min walk).

I think this is a neat hotel. Pretty close to restaurants. Overall I liked this. Only things I would improve on is room condition and some parts of breakfast. Overall, room was good and tidy overall.
