"This place was cozy and fit all of our needs. Awesome location! You could walk to Pearl Street and also a 15 minute walk would put you at the base of the mountain so you could have a nice hike too which I did. The only downside was the second bedroom Mattress was hard as a rock. My back couldn’t handle it so I slept on the couch. It’s a huge leather sectional and was very very comfy so no issues:) I would definitely stay there again."

"It was a great stay for a great event.the accomodations were perfect for the 2 of us very close to events and to food and granddaughters apartment.the only downside was there were wind chimes that were a little too noisy and stone sidewalk a little bit difficult to walk on"

"Great location to explore Boulder and lots of on-street parking, which helped because we visited on a very busy weekend. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. Felt private (no in-person communication with upstairs owners) and we appreciated the laundry. BUT, the huge double fridge in the kitchen hummed ceaselessly, and the stairs to the owner's upstairs home created a sense of feeling like we were just staying in...
