"The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...

"Very clean with high ceilings and large windows. Brand new furnishings and appliances. Comfortable mattress. Subway station right out the door. Faneuil Hall 15 minutes walk, North end 20 minutes. Easy, clear instructions for check in. Great place!"

"This place was great for our out-of-town guests with five bedrooms (though one was a twin with a trundle) and 2.5 bathrooms. The best part was the comfortable living/dining room, which was perfect for hanging out. It was also a convenient walk to the T. We appreciated the clear communication and how clean it was. Bus stop very close by then rode to subway into city. Plenty of linens and as described in listing. Affordable and host was quick with thorough communication. The fire station sirens were never a bother during night hours."

"Cozy accommodations close to Back Bay and Fenway. A little too cozy for a couple - better for a solo leisure stay (no desk or working space). Rooms in pics look bigger than what it actually is. Garden level rooms will be a bit noisy. Excellent location and spotless and good security. "
