The location is fantastic! All our ski needs were met ( ski rental, ski lessons, ski vallet, 3 ski lifts and gondolas right out the door! Facility has movie theater, bowling alley, pool table rooms available to book. We used the Gold Bus route to easily get downtown for our dinners. The condo was spacious for 2 adult couples. Would stay again. The only thing that was confusing was the check-in instructions Vacasa sent versus VRBO, they didn't match in regards to parking. I did a virtual chat before arriving to confirm, then received another email with conflicting information, so i called. For our stay, we picked up the room keys and parking pass at Vacasa location(free for 1 vehicle- under ground parking at One Ski Hill -peak 8). Then drove up to One Ski Hill for our stay. The wifi info provided was different, but we figured it out.

This is our second trip to One Ski Hill, our family loves it and we will be back next year. Being at Peak 8 lends itself to direct access to the mountain which is just steps away from the property. Also, with the gondola right there too you have easy access to downtown Breckenridge without having to drive and park. The kids love the pool, theater rooms, bowling alley and billiards rooms. We did not eat on property as we wanted to try out several places downtown so I can't comment on the food or food service. I will say that the front desk folks are top notch and extremely helpful. We look forward to going back again and again.

Awesome location. Wonderful condo.
We spent two lovely nights. The location is excellent, unless you do not enjoy looking out on mountains of course. We took advantage of the hot tubs, sauna, etc. Steam shower in the master bath is a huge win. Overall, the condo was very nice and well appointed. Communication with management via text was quite good. We could gladly stay here again.

Perfect Peak 8 location!!
Was a little hesitant to book since the property was managed by Vacasa . There seems to be a lot of negative reviews associated with Vacasa, but we were pleasantly surprised that communication and check in were fantastic! We drove just down the street from the condo to the check in location and they let us check in early- which was much appreciated after an 11 hour drive! The condo was very nice- only a few minor maintenance items, like a broken stove burner knob and worn carpet in the master bedroom, but let me tell you the ultimate plus for this condo was the view and location! It was so nice to watch all the action from the balcony . The ski valet service was wonderful and the hot tub ( indoor and out) were perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Overall very pleased with this stay. Would recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy Peak 8.

Great Ski in, ski out spot!
Right at the base of Peak 8 - ideal spot! Had to pick up the card keys at another location which was not well marked and not easy to find which made the beginning of the trip a little frustrating. Otherwise, communication was immediate and property was very clean. The bed was not super comfortable and the temperature was hard to change - much hotter in the condo than we desired.

We loved staying at this condo. The location and amenities were wonderful. The hot tub and pool are well maintained. We enjoyed the option of the steam shower in the unit. We found the sofa and chairs very uncomfortable; however, the beds are very comfy. We loved sitting on the small patio watching the wildlife facing the slopes.

Great location and home
Local getaway for a long weekend. The home is well taken care of and in a prime location. We enjoyed watching the moose on the ski runs in the mornings and people watching in the afternoon. The location was great - even in the off-season there is a lot to do. Our 1 year old and 3 year old enjoyed the pool - the larger pool is 2 feet deep at the deepest and there’s a smaller pool that goes up to ~5 feet. There are also one indoor hot tub and another outdoor hot tub. There was some miscommunication with the check in - we received a message 2 hours before the 4pm check in saying we were eligible for early check in but went to get the keys and they said their corporate office keeps sending those but it’s not correct. We went back 10 minutes til 4pm and they said it had been ready for a while. A bit frustrating but everything was smooth from there. Would definitely come back and would recommend to family and friends.

Great 2 bedroom condo at One Ski Hill!
We love staying at One Ski Hill place since it's so convenient to walking right outside to the lifts. This condo was really nice, and it was a bonus to have mountain views! The only issue was a frustrating check-in process with Vacasa in town, as they couldn't locate my reservation for awhile. We also had a small issue during the stay as the smoke alarms started going off, but it was very easy to work with maintenance to get it resolved. We understood of course that it's hard to predict when smoke alarm batteries will run out and need replacing.

Nice place but terrible management
We arrived at 10:00 pm after traveling all day, went to the “24 hour” check in desk, and was greeted by a makeshift sign saying everyone was gone and would be back at 8:00 am the next day. I called the after hours line, and that was the one bright spot. The staff that answered the call was very understanding and tried to help, but they were not on site and could not do anything but call and no one was answering. They finally sent someone AFTER MIDNIGHT, who was very rude and made sure we knew just how much we were inconveniencing her. She gave us 2 keys with no instructions and said we could come back in the morning if that wasn't good enough. I did come back the next morning to get additional keys, and the morning manager made a comment about us being “those people” that made the manager come up (to the 24 hour desk) the night before. Whoever owns this place, I would seriously think about looking into new management.

Timing is Everything
This would have easily been a 5 star! We were traveling with our family and selected this property due to the location and pool. Unfortunately, with no warning, the pool area was closed our third day into a week long trip. A solution was provided by Vacasa for an offsite outdoor pool. With the cold temps, this didn’t work for out for our small kids. The front desk told us they were working on a solution for us to swim at another location, but that never materialized. I would definitely go back as this place is amazing, but sometimes timing is everything and wasn’t on our side this trip.

Excellent slope-side stay!
This condo is in mint condition - all finishes are modern, and in excellent condition. Spacious and very clean. Very enjoyable condo, and the conveniences of the building are excellent - gym, pool/hot tub, ski storage room, etc - all fantastic. Goes without saying - location is prime for ski-in, ski-out to Peak 8 lifts... My only two constructive comments are: 1. It is very confusing about key return. Vacasa emails say leave keys in room. But Vacasa front desk makes you sign a document that says return keys to front desk or face fines! Pick one please! Vacasa front desk person was not terribly friendly. Could use improvement. 2. The smart TV function in this condo doesn't work. Spent 30minutes messing around with trying to get Netflix sign-in accessed, and Dish movies to load - kept getting Network Connection errors, even though the Dish was obviously connected. Clear, quick, easy access to streaming sign-in is a MUST for any condo-hotel setups these days. This could be improved. Otherwise, internet connection was very fast, and very reliable, throughout the condo and property. Overall, excellent stay in an excellent property.

Very happy
Check in and check out was very smooth. Location was wonderful for skiing. Condo is clean and updated. The only complaint I have is a minor one was that there are a number of things in the condo that are not checked on. They were a number of lightbulbs that were out. The garbage can foot opener did not work. But really these are minor complaints and I would be happy to stay there again.
