"Very clean hotel with an amazing pool and outdoor area. However, the rooms are very outdated and the service could be better. This hotel overall doesn't feel as luxurious as other Four Seasons I've stayed at."

"Got a studio room. It was a great size for our family of 5. Got to hotel earlier than check in time. Was able to put name on waitlist for if the room became available earlier. The hotel held our luggage and allowed us access to the pool while we waited. Location was great for the metro rail and bus."

"Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"
