"Everything as described (no overstated or false marketing promises). Spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen (even including a dishwasher). Nice eating space in front of a balcony towards the garden. Two nice bedrooms. King-size bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet. Very nice property manager, who lives in the same house. Because there was no immediately ensuing booking, he offered to postpone the checkout time until mid-afternoon without hassle. Honestly, nothing to comlain...

"Probably the best location for my needs on Brussels. Right on the metro station, five minutes walking from the Main pedestrian area in the city, the Central train station is also less than 5 mins away by walk. The rooms are nice and spacious. The only downside was that the hot water in our bath wasn't hot. I stayed one night so not a big issue. "

"No reception makes it for a bit more complicated in terms of last minute changes or needs. Still, I got a warm welcome and everything worked as it. Should car park recommended but if you have anything midsize upwards, consider parking on the main avenue (Couronne) as the space is small. The apartment was clean but a bit on the "cold" side, bathroom showing its age. It does the job as an apartment!"

"We enjoyed our stay here as a family of four, travelling with one teenage and one 9 year old boy. We stayed in the B Luxurious suite with two bedrooms and a living room for 3 nights. It was incredibly spacious and the layout of the suite was perfect for us as the kids were in a room on one end and, my husband and I in a room on the other end. We had separate bathrooms as well. We also used the communal laundry but you need to either buy the laundry washing tablet for €3 each or bring your own....

"The temperature control on the shower is not functioning. It continues to get too hot. There is no noise, control or soundproofing. There was extreme noise late at night and early in the morning that prevented a good night sleep. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent. The signal is so poor. It can’t even pull up the news. "

"Brilliant location and super-friendly and helpful staff. Nice owner too but some repairs are needed to surfaces, the lift and suchlike. Never mind, if you enjoy a basic stay slap bang in the middle of the city (location, location, location) this is the hotel for you. Affordable and down-to-earth. Great that such hotels, with a family feel, still exist in the centre of Brussels. "

"The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, allowing us to see two rooms before deciding which room was best suited to my son's accessibility needs as he uses a wheelchair. If you are looking for an accessible room, the deluxe room has an accessible bathroom. The breakfast offered such a huge choice of options suiting every taste and everything was delicious and fresh. The hotel and room were spotless and there were lovely touches such as the chocolate on the pillow each night. The most outstanding aspect of the hotel was deifinitely the friendly and professional staff team. "
