Historic home one block from Main Street

This is a quant historic (1820) home just off of Main street in the village of Williamsville. The accommodation is all on the ground floor with 2 porches and backyard patio (upstairs is not in use). Although close to the action it is set in a quiet neighborhood, flanked by a beautiful cemetery to the front and a duck pond to the side. Walking distance to a choice of restaurants, bars and the entrance to Glen Park with it's beautiful waterfall is just steps away.

Steps to Main street with around 10 restaurants, 3 breweries, 2 ice cream parlors and countless shopping opportunities. The entrance to Glen Park and Amherst State Park are steps away with walking trails for dog walking and a river for fishing opportunities.
