This is a bright sunny upstairs apartment. There are 2 bedrooms 1 with a Queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed. The kitchen has a stove refrigerator and a microwave.

The property is located 1 mile from the medical corridor. 3 miles from Buffalo’s Theatre district and downtown Canal side. 21 miles to Niagara Falls NY
