"Service is the key selling point that I am experiencing in this hotel, from the front desk to room cleaning and the restaurant. Hotel is centrally located in Bukit Bintang within walking distance to the MRT. Food is within the vicinity with some good cafes & restaurant as well as the famous Jalan Alor. "What I dont like was the late check-in due to room was not ready. We were 45 minutes late but room was still not ready. However, we were compensated with an hour late checked out. Love the location. Situated next door to Pavilion, a shopping haven. 8 minutes drive to KLCC and TRX Exchange Mall. 25 minutes away from KL East Mall. Great food available to late hour. So convenient. The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always with a smile. Top service shown by every staff we encountered. We had a fabulous time and would definitely make a come back to this hotel for our annual KL trip. "
