We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and over all it was an awful experience for my family. We were switched to the other hotel without clear explanation that this was a completely different hotel and then when we asked for a room in the hotel we had originally booked we were giving an accessible room even though we did not ask for this in our reservation. This is a shower with no cabinet or tub for 2 adults and a teen for two nights with zero room service from their side. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and some of the staff had some attitude. Overall I would not bring my family here again.

Beautiful hotel with free amazing breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was great for shuttle pick up for Banff tour. Used Uber to get around the city and too and from the airport. It would be nice if there were coffee makers in the rooms and a shuttle provided by hotel.

Our room was clean, modern, and well appointed. The gym was great, and it was very handy to have the little concession shop by front desk. House keeping is every other day and the rooms are light on the amenities, but if you request more lotion or coffee from front desk they send it up to your room.
