"The house was located steps from restaurants and shops. Parking was easy with parking on the street. The house is great for families. The kitchen can only be accessed through a bedroom which was not ideal. There is a small refrigerator and freezer which was great to store our beverages and snacks. The kitchen was minimally stocked with only salt, pepper, coffee and cooking oil. The restroom has an antique bathtub which is difficult to get in and out off. Adele was great and super responsive...

"Wine trip with grandmother and 3 granddaughters. We loved the cottage and found it to be everything as advertised and more. It was roomy and clean and the hot tub was delightful. "It’s a small and humble home in a historic neighborhood. A lot of love has been poured into it, and it was such a charming place to stay while we explored the Santa Rosa area! The appliances are modern and pro grade, the bathroom and shower are perfect size, and the hot tub is even placed to provide good privacy during the evening. "My husband and I rented for five weeks and enjoyed our stay. The cottage has been nicely remodeled with wood floors, new appliances and lovely bedding. The kitchen was supplied with the basics and when needed the AC was great. Although the cottage is located in a development 3 miles from town we felt safe. Betsy was very helpful, and gave us contacts for tennis and restaurant recommendations."
