"The room was adequate but the restaurant made it all worthwhile. Perched above the Keweah River, the restaurant views were fantastic. An outdoor patio allowed a chance to sip your wine or whiskey and watch the roaring river go by. Swallows swooped over the river, hunting insects and chasing the ravens. Food was wonderful. "It was a lovely cabin maybe a bit small but most are. Its proximity to the main road was a bit challenging. Also we weren’t informed notice of the location up the hill until a few days before our trip date and by then it was too late to cancel. Furthermore if you choose this property be prepared for a winding road up the hill. Overall a pleasant experience at the property itself with spectacular views."

"We stayed for 2 nights at the Ash Mountain Suite. It is right off the main road that goes into Sequoia National Park from Three Rivers. Very clean and nicely kept. Host was very easy to reach for questions. The view from the room was gorgeous! There were birds at the bird feeders! Awesome place to relax after a long day of hiking in the park."

We had deer right there one morning and sat out there with our coffee watching them. I will point out though, the water pressure was very low and not much hot water, no back to back showers! "Accessibility to park and restaurants convenient. The cabin was very tidy and clean inside. Cabin definitely needs some repairs to help keep the flying and crawling night insects out. A good sealing around wall AC and door frames is needed. Old windows in bedrooms. One window doesn’t close all the way so flying little bugs come in through the screens."
