Travelers BEWARE! The SENS web page and other Oasis documents specify a number of amenities you get if you purchase a stay in one of their Master or Junior suites. While the room itself matches the description fairly well, amenities like being on an adults only floor; a special checkin area/process; a special VIP lounge; a pillow menu; 24 hour room service (and other items) are non existent. I feel this is an intentional scam because when I addressed the issues to a front desk supervisor, she simply stated: those haven’t existed for quite awhile so there’s nothing I can do. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE! I’ve submitted a review to the property and so far, all they’ve stated is that they apologize and hope I’ll give them another chance and stay with them again in the future. They also said they’d provide my feedback to the various appropriate departments. While I hope that helps future customers, it does nothing to address how they’re going to compensate me for not providing documented amenities I paid for, but they could never possibly provide. In over 45 years of fairly extensive travel around the world, I have never observed such poor maintenance of a web page that leads directly to customers paying for amenities that can’t possibly be provided, then on-site supervisors not even caring.

Food were delicious and there were many options to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pool is fantastic, sea and beach is so calm to enjoy time and swim. And the evening/night shows was also good to enjoy after day

Very dissapointed on everything The stole money from my family and my relatives Everybody there is a liar . They do like they are doing a favor to you actually they lie for everything . We went to delfins we paid everything at the hotel the tickets and everything dogan fee . When we went to the ship they charged again the dogan fee and nobody returned our money back We did pictures to the delfines they charged us $600 for 140 picture that pme photo was repeat 3-4 times For mexican peole the price for the pictures was 70 pictures for $120 . Like we paid the packet for one week holiday but we spend $2000 more .we order taxi from MTS thas has office at the resort but he wasnt there to tell us what time we have to be ready for airport. We had flight at 6am He came 1:30 am to pick up us The reception called us that he came He had to wait 15 min for us to come but he left after 10 min At the time when we did check out I recommend everybody not to come anymore in this resprt and not tu take taksi from MTS and dont do packet with expedia Nothing is safe

The property is not located where it says it is on Expedia. Huge inconvenience and completely wrong information. Staff at check in is rude and provides no information. Lack of workers at the hotel is evident. Long lines and wait to get a drink at any bar and to get into buffets. Main employees who are supposed to give direction and assistance lack some proficiency in English language to make it an easier process.
