"The outdoor pool on the first floor at the second building is a quite dangerous with the level of steep steps instead of stairs. I fell a few times trying to find where the next step is. Also in the pool made out of the little stone is sharp, my knee got scraped on it and I was hurt and was bleeding. "

"What a fantastic trip. The service from the staff from start to finish was exemplary. Pick up was a shared limousine van. Pure luxury for the 2.5-3 hour transfer. "No complaints about the hotel, except English lacking. My complaint was that I booked an extra room for my fiance's parents. When we arrived, we told the desk that unfortunately her parents were ill and couldn't make it. We asked for a refund, and was told NO. We asked if we could have the credit applied to our meals, and they said NO. So, it was not a nice goodwill gesture on their part. For this reason, I would NOT recommend the hotel."
