To be honest this was the worst Motel we've ever stayed in and when you pull in there and it looks like a drug dealers hang out the rooms were not clean bed sheets still had hair from previous people on them there's no phones I recommend never using this Motel and the key codes for all the rooms and the front door have been the same for ever they don't change them if you want to feel safe and comfortable this is not the motel you would like to spend your time in

Hair in shower. Tv did not work. Reported it. Did not fix it. Hair dryer sounds like it would electrocute me. No front desk attendant to be found anytime of day. Out of coffee. Out of creamer. Vending machines broken

This is a transient hotel. Not a hotel for travelers to spend the night. The police even showed up 10 minutes after I arrived for an incident in the hotel. I did not even stay at this location and my efforts with Expedia to get a refund met with negative results. Expedia gets a zero rating also.

This room was reserved a month prior to the date. We got our email stating the door code and room code. I don't think these ever get changed. When we got to the hotel, we got in, went to room, put in code, and someone was in our room. We went downstairs to get someone. The manager said our room was canceled. We called Orbitz and they said nope it is still active. Manager gave us a room after using phone to translate from his language. Our room wasn't not what we paid for as we paid for a premium because we needed 2 beds. Ended up with one bed and made due. My sister in law had also reserved a room one month prior and had a family of 4. Her family ended up with one bed as well. No soap. 2 Towels. The children slept on floor. No top Sheet on bed. This is not a kid friendly place. At 3am the people next door started yelling and fighting... so not pleasant. This place is good for a single person looking through for a cheap rate or a place to hook up with someone for a cheap night. No bells or whistles, but you will walk away with a story to tell.

Great hotel in Cedar Rapids, Ia.
The staff here is friendly. The hotel is clean and organized. The check-in process is done all online and the instructions are emailed to you with all the information you need for your stay. I recommend staying here. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a long time. I will definitely be staying here again.

This is the scariest place i have visited in a long time. I do not recommend. Do not take children here it is not safe. There are people strung out in the lobby. Drain flies in the lobby restroom that have the worst smell in the world. I didnt not end up staying here i walked in and saw what was happening around and walked out. You better off saving your money. There is no one there to check you in. I later found out its virtual, but its not explained well or made clear. You cant even get into to thr hotel lobby wothout a passcode. Or a resident lets you in. Do not stay here, it is not safe, clean or as advertised.

I’d rather pay more at another hotel then be here!
It has definitely been the worst. The management calls the police for anything and everything and they harass the guests and anybody that comes into the establishment. Their English is horrible and even when it’s translated it’s like they don’t understand and keep saying the same thing over and over even when they are wrong and don’t have a clue what they are talking about and I will NEVER stay here again and I suggest that NOBODY stay here!

This is not a hotel, it's been converted into apartments. There is no one there if you have issues. We were able to get into room, but it wasn't the room we'd requested. We reserved a 2 bed room and only had one full size bed. There was no top sheet on bed, no soap in bathroom at all, and barely a partial roll of toliet paper. Our door didn't shut properly because it didn't have a striker plate. The general condition of facility was poor with peeling wall paper and very worn carpet. It was inexpensive and if we'd been able to get needs met I'd say it was fine for price, however not being able to get a roll of toliet paper or having the reserved number of beds makes it to difficult to recommend to anyone.

My stay at Kiteville has been relaxing and stress free. The room was very spacious and clean. The television was a fire tv so I had lots of apps and the screen was a nice size. The staff was friendly and attentive and the night staff made me feel safe because nobody got passed the lobby if they wasn’t a registered guest.

Had a reservation and was unable to properly check in as I never received a room number or door code to access my room. There is no attendant on duty at the front desk and the phone number provided went to a voicemail that never called back. After 30 minutes we left and booked a different hotel night of.
