We enjoyed staying here with our family!
We had a great stay at the hotels. The location was convenient, next to the bus station and within 14 minutes of many restaurants. The ambience was very relaxed and welcoming and the staff were great, always helpful . There was always good music playing but at 10 everything was quiet so you could enjoy a good night sleep.

Our room was painted a bit too dark for our taste, especially the bathroom, but the table tennis and great staff more than made up for it. the location can't be beat if you take a van or bus to Chamonix sud. its like 30 meters away. We traveled in summer.

This was right off the bus stop from Geneva. The hotel was very nice and offered a great book-end to our Trek around Mont Blanc. We had a room facing the street and it was pretty loud throughout the night. Definitely a must-have earplugs if you are facing the street. The staff were very kind and hospitable.

Good points:- -Great location -friendly and helpful staff -pool, steam and sauna great Improvement areas -lighting in the bedroom was awful and nowhere to really hang stuff -cooked breakfast was stone cold every morning -pillows were awful Overall we enjoyed our stay but some basics were just not there - the cold breakfast each morning was a real disappointment.

When I booked, I paid a premium price for a property that was closing for renovations and they neglected to state that. The reception areas etc are ok but the room was super dark / like one had to put on their hiking headlamp to see , carpet nasty, and shower wasn’t good .

Our room was on the side facing the bus loading area and was quite noisy. Also it was hot. No AC but had to close windows because of noise. On the plus side they had a very nice pool and great restaurant. Also I left a pair if glasses there and they mailed them home.

Stay for the convenience, not the ambiance.
Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Nice pool and spa area. Conveniently located across from bus terminal (which does make it noisy if you have a front facing room). Rooms need a major update- very cave-like with dark brown walls and ceiling and dark brown shag rug. Very unappealing.

Nice Chamonix location
Great location and facility, close to town and midi lift. The weather was warm and the room was stuffy even with the balcony door open. Television was not working on the first night but was repaired the next day. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options but when we arrived at 920 many items were gone and not replaced. Pool and hot tub were nice, but the spa was closed for renovation.
