This third floor (with elevator), four bedroom condo has stunning views of the Isle of Palms beach and Atlantic Ocean from the living room, master bedroom and private balcony. You'll love the high end gourmet kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking oven, custom cabinetry, cork-lined walls and granite counter tops. Guests are welcome to use the community pool (open late March through October), gas BBQ grill and private boardwalk beach access (with outdoor shower). We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and in a great location. We would love to come back. However the first few hours we were there our car was towed because we didn't have our parking pass. We were unaware about the aggressive towing that a lot of people are calling "predatory towing" in Isle of Palms. We didn't even have a chance to unpack our car and there were multiple parking spots left in the garage. I overlooked our parking pass by email and had only read that we would have two private spots in the garage. I believe more awareness should be brought to others attention about the parking pass as this was a very stressful and unfortunate event when we had already paid to stay at this location.

Ocean front beauty!
We stayed at Ocean Pearl in early August. So happy we chose this beautiful condo. Very clean. Easy access to ocean. Fabulous views while relaxing on the balcony. Plenty of space inside. Nice to walk to a variety of restaurants within just a few minutes. Would definitely stay again!

It was 8 of us. 6 adults, 2 children. My father in law is severely disabled. I booked this spot for the beachfront access, large balcony, and the elevator. The parking was simple and the elevator was key. There’s no formal check-in which I loved. Just go straight on in. Place was super clean, the massive balcony was a hotspot for us all hanging out. Incredible view!!! I also loved that you needed a code for everything as it cut down on through traffic. It’s nearby all the restaurants and shops. We didn’t use our vehicles once while there. Will definitely be looking for a similar spot next year when it’s just us 4, without the grandparents.

I’m sorry to say the condo was not very clean. One of the bedrooms had hair all over the pillow and sheets. We had to wash sheets after traveling for 6 hours. I didn’t feel real clean in there. I reached out to the owner and they said they would give me a credit but so far I haven’t seen one. The unit needs to be updated badly. It’s very dated for the price of the rental. The positive thing was that the location was good and you could walk to most places.

We had a great time. The condo was in a very convenient location, right on the main road. This condo is right next to a restaurant/bar. We enjoyed free entertainment. The music was over by 9:30 pm. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies. The only negative in my opinion. It would be the darkness of the master bedroom and bath. I prefer light and bright areas to see. It was very dark and dim. Some would love it.

Everything was incredibly easy in terms of the check-in process. The property was amazing! Perfect parking with easy access to the elevator and they had carts to help you get your stuff to the condo. The views are amazing! The balcony is large and the furniture is perfect! Everything is so comfortable. The kitchen is just wow! I couldn’t wait to put my groceries in the fancy sub zero fridge! We had a great time! Will absolutely be back again!!

The property was VERY clean. The floor plan is well suited for a family with children. The location was great and within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. The views were wonderful. Low country living at its best !
The accommodations, thoughtfulness and overall ‘feel’ of the place was incredible. From the ocean views, the spaciousness of the layout and the little details throughout, we felt like we had just entered our home away from home. The pool, proximity in town and ease of parking were amazing. We plan to to come back to Isle of Palms soon and hope we are fortunate to stay here. We had a nice note and welcome package when we got there and our daughter decided to write one back she loved the place so much. Great overall find!!
