Everything about the property was good the only issue for me was the pool , it was not as clean as it should have been u think the pool should be drained so the inner walls can be scrubbed and disinfected i wanted to enjoy the pool but couldnt because of the lack of cleanliness other than that i was satisfied with the hotel and other amenities.

The Embassy suites has a reputation which is why we chose it. The rooms are truly suites with a separated living room. With high costs, we understand cutbacks but the happy hour has a very poor selection of good alcohol, wine or beer. Snacks used to be hot appetizers but now cheeses, broccoli and carrots. I was shocked to see an $8 daily charge to park when there was a huge parking lot. The breakfast was a much happier experience with a cook designated to make omelets on demand or other egg dishes. Coffee was very weak, and not good. Unfortunately coffee is what many of us look forward to in the morning.

We were booked for two nights and only stayed one night- departing early. We did not want to stay another night intros hotel. The bed was so uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved, room not clean, and overall the rooms are so outdated. When I spoke to the front desk in the morning about checking out early she was very rude and would not even provide me a copy of the invoice stating I was checking out early. She just said "you need to take that up with Expedia."
