We found bed bugs in our beds. There was bugs crawling all over the ground. We checked in on Friday the whole weekend there was wine glasses left in the hall from Friday 06/07/24Sunday 06/09/24 when we checked out! We had to get for different keys because our hotel room door was broken. We had to sit in the hall for 20 minute's and wait for someone to help us. They also did not give us the roll away bed we request. The Bathroom was disgusting the shower was disgusting its was there was hair all over the bathroom. Please be cautious staying at this hotel.

Absolutely amazing service from staff, super friendly with many smiles! Clean rooms, nice A/c on a hot day! Conveniently right next to the shuttles and can walk to it. And very close to the airport! From someone who lives in a small town, me and my friend had fun watching the airplanes fly overhead of the hotel. Gorgeous indoor/ outdoor pool, sadly closed way earlier than exacted at around 8-8:30 if I remember. You do have to pay for parking but when I paid it was $29 but right next to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will be excited to come back to stay next time we come to Chicago! 5 stars!
