"The staff was so attentive, friendly and helpful. One of several examples involves early morning coffee. Instead of going to the self service area I found myself at the restaurant. The staff was preparing for the morning guests. When I asked where the coffee bar was, they could have directed me to the location, which would have been fine. "My daughter and I arrived around 11:00 pm. It was, of course, dark outside. Curtis, the agent checking us in was so nice and welcoming after a long drive. When he gave us our room keys he said that he was going to give me ten minutes to check in and then call to make sure the room was up to my standards. I knew he was calling to ensure that the mother and daughter made it to their room without incident. I’ve never had a hotel take that extra step to ensure my safety. "
