Great hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff and well kept. The restaurant is great but is only open for breakfast and lunch and closes around 4pm. I would recommend this place, there are many things to do specially night life is vibrant and alive.

The staff went way out of their way to help!!!!! They even found a mistake in one of our internet bookings, and got the Super Bowl on our room tv! They are highly recommended!

Comfortable and convenient
Fabulous location just steps away from the malecón that runs most of the length of the beach. Very friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen could have been a little cleaner as there were coffee grinds under a few items but with soap and a sponge that was easy to clean up. But bathroom, bedroom and kitchen and small living area were kept clean daily. Very comfortable medium firm bed with a fluffy duvet which was heaven. Parking all round property was safe and convenient. Restaurant had good coffee but we didn’t eat as slightly high priced. Only small cons were pool was too cold to swim most days and internet was not good. They did provide an extender which helped but the network fails often. Quiet location except some sound of music from bars on weekend nights.

Amé. Un lugar acogedor, espectacular para descansar, el personal muy atento, educado, la comida exquisita… el mejor lugar que he visitado en Carmen. Una pequeña observación que no afecta para nada a la estancia pero que no deja de ser importante sería el cuidado de las plantitas que están cerca de la alberca, ya hay muchas hojitas muertas.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días en familia. Sales por la parte de atrás del hotel, cruzas la avenida y estas en la playa. Excelente el trato de todo el personal. La alberca esta genial, los niños se divierten. Si en los alrededores hubiera opciones para comer, sería un 10/10.

El servicio en general es muy bueno, las habitaciones estan hermosas, solo como detalle sugiero colocar espejo completo y en el baño colocar en donde poner las toallas usadas. El restaurante muy bonito y los alimentos super ricos.

Paraiso escondido en carmen
Creo que este lugar es una escapada a la cotidianidad de cd del carmen logra capturar en pequeñas escenas una gran sensación de calidez desde los obsequios en el cuarto hasta la riqueza de su menu y barra de bebidas! Localización sublime frente al mar! Un lugar fantástico.

El lugar está bonito y muy bien ubicado. Cómodo. Toallas y ropa de cama muy bien. Los baños tienen olor a caño muy desagradable. No hay acceso para minusválidos ni quien ayude con el equipaje y hay q subir escaleras con la maletas. Lo mejor es su ubicación
