"Cabin was very nice and clean. Everything that you needed was supplied. The area is clean and very quiet. All communications was fast and helpful. The road to the cabin is blacktopped so other than weather no special vehicle is needed. We will stay here again"

"Mammy’s Cabin was perfect for a long weekend away from the city. The cabin is rich in history and bursting with charm! We loved reading the story of how Mammy’s Cabin came to be- and finding our own connections along the way! The kitchen is well stocked, bed is comfy, and the views are spectacular! The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. We enjoyed cooking, local restaurants, and nearby hikes! It was a great weekend and we hope to be back!"

"Neat little cabin in the woods but convenient to town. Really enjoyed sitting on porch. Being 73 years old sleeping upstairs with the bathroom downstairs was a little challenging at night. Had a little problem with the door lock but Tad took care of it quickly. If I had to complain it was that the entry could have been swept and cleaned up a little better. Enjoyed our trip to Helen and surrounding area. Thanks."

The location was perfect. We were able to visit some nearby waterfalls and drove south to Tallulah falls and Clayton Georgia for a day as well!"

"We all enjoyed this. Feels exactly like a mountain getaway. The decor and cabin itself are very rustic but has everything you need/want. Beds were super comfy. Kids loved the cabin and the meadow out back. It was perfect for us. Would recommend and would book again."

"Location of this small little home is wonderful! Do not come expecting to wash your clothes or to just throw the dishes in the dishwasher, because this home doesn't have either. Otherwise, it had two very comfortable queen beds and a very nice screened porch and fire pit. The cleaning crew could do a better job with the floors and in the nooks/crannies of the home. Their were cob webs in areas. Overall, we had a great time, but would not stay in this home again."

"We enjoyed the home - it had several nice aspects. Very clean, good kitchen, the king bed was super-comfortable, and the many options in lighting and ceiling fans was appreciated. The screened porch overlooking the forest with the sound of the river in the background was wonderful – well furnished with rockers, tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals, without bugs! The creek access is down a steep grade through the trees, with flights of wooden steps, but neither up nor down was more than any...
