We did not like the Tru by Hilton model. No closet, one hanger, no drawers, awful mattress and pillows, and trying to get extra towels or your room cleaned up was like pulling teeth. Also hotel was in an awful location. Two cars were broken into while we were there. We won’t be staying at another Tru by Hilton again.

It was only a ten minute bus ride to downtown Cleveland, bus station out front - ride the bus all day for $5. It was perfect and everyone was friendly

Stayed in 224. Only 1 very small trashcan in entire room. Mattress significantly smaller than frame and kept moving. Bed pillows all need replaced as the pillows were flat and pillows were stained.

Very bright, clean and modern! I love when a place doesn’t have burgundy comforters on the bed. Breakfast was great, and parking is also included. The maintenance and front desk people were great, 10/10 recommended

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well kept. Only complaint is that the walls were quite thin so several noises could be heard from outside the room and upstairs. Overall, very pleased with stay.
