The staff was very welcoming and friendly 😊 the people at the reception and the lady from the cafeteria who gave us Chocolate croissants at our arrival 😍 we booked a one bedroom, which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. This is a hotel where I would definitely stay next time I visit the city of light. "

"Staff here were so incredible, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Allyson allowed us to check-in early which was appreciated especially with the jet lag. I wish I took more names down as everyone went above and beyond. The experience was so lovely I will definitely be booking with citizenM again in the future. The metro is so close by, access to main lines in Paris, super easy to get around. Only downside was room was a bit tight sometimes!"
