"The cabin is definitely really cozy. Sadly, there were a few issues like the AC unit, but Eric quickly dealt with that which I deeply appreciated. I loved the location. If you want privacy, this is the place to be. I slept well every evening. And the cleaning lady, Toni, was great. I had forgotten my toiletry bag and she went out of her way to make sure I got it back."

"It was mostly a comfortable experience except the air conditioner in the master bedroom was shaky and making a lot of noise. The backyard is not maintained, looks nothing like the picture. The rooms are clean, everything works as expected (except the A/C mentioned above). Overall it was a good stay, I'd recommend it if you want to have a weekend getaway from big cities. "

"The giant windows in the living room are dramatic and luxurious. Beds were comfortable. Carpets and living room furniture are starting to show their age but not bad. Kitchen is adequate but some of the pots and pans are also well used. Shower drains were just a little slow in two of the three. Overall a fantastic place."

"I stayed in this home with my 3 friends and had an amazing time. The place was really clean, beautifully decorated and was a very cozy home. The bedrooms had soft bed sheets and a massive king bed…. Amazing! Its so easy to access the house with a code for the door and plenty of space for parking. I saw some beautiful wildlife in the area to top it off and could see the sunset from the sliding glass doors from the kitchen! Would definitely recommend ☺️"

"We had a wonderful experience here! After a long drive after we arrived, the home was so inviting and welcoming we all crashed and stayed there, rather than go out immediately to see family. They had toys available for my toddler, and two tv rooms, which was god sent for my teenagers. Everything was clean, and it just made us all feel like home. Thank you for opening your doors to our family."

"Clean, convenient location, cozy. Easy to get to with 4x4 in snow. Convenient parking. Large kitchen and living space. Will definitely rent this cabin again. There is no clothes washer, but there is a dry. Clothes washer not needed, but shown in the listing and wasn't there when we stayed."

"Cute cabin, quiet location. Shaver lake itself is beautiful but unfortunately the shoreline had a lot of trash. Beer cans, cloths, dirty diaper. Very sad and disappointed with the lake area. Just hung out at the cabin and played games."

"This VRBO-makeover is nicely appointed, spacious (sleeps 6 or more!) and conveniently located near the middle of town. Don't plan on using the "carport" unless you're driving a pickup truck or SUV. Access to carport is via a one-lane asphalt alley that has a steep dropoff. Alternative: park on the shoulder of Hwy 168 and schlep your bags up 15 stairs. "

"Loved how spacious living/dining room were and the large table was great. Host was very responsive, home was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels. It was a huge bonus that we were able to use the garage, which had the washer and dryer."

"We enjoyed our stay, the location was great not too far from the freeway but far enough away you were not in the “city”. The owners were very accommodating to us. They even had toys for my three year old to play with outside. The outdoor playground was great. The trailer was well kept, and ready for us when we arrived. It had a large cover on top to help it when it was sunny. We were happy to find this gem for our 4 night stay. I would book with them again if I return to this area."

"My mom and I stayed a long weekend visiting family. The apartment complex reminded us of the complex in the movie Karate Kid. However, the pool works (movie reference)! 😊 It was clean, quiet, and in a good location for our needs."
