Good Stay At Cocoa Beach
This location is a great option for an affordable stay in Cocoa Beach. The location is close to the beach and town. The property itself could use some TLC which is on par with all other beach properties I have visited at this price point but the beds/couches are very comfortable, all appliances worked, the neoghborhood is quiet, and Brian is a friendly and communicative host. For those interested in the beach toys, they range from perfectly usable to very dilapidated. Improvements could be made in the condition and storage methods to keep them in better shape but we were able to use what we wanted and had a great time. I would absolutely recommend this property for a casual beach vacation.

Biker weekend
We rode our motorcycles from SC to Cocoa FL and it was very refreshing to walk into a cool place to stay! The parking for motorcycles was not very ideal but we made it work. Had a very pleasant stay for the weekend and Brian responded in a timely manner each time we had a question.

Great getaway!
Very nice property, great hospitality even before I arrived to the house and during my stay. Nice and cozy love how the beach is so close and lots of things to get involved in. Especially for the kids, bikes, kayaks, beach toys. Even around the neighborhood area. No need to drive just a bit of some walking, around the area. Host is an amazing person.

Perfect Cocoa Beach Vacation
The home was just right! Walking distance to the beach. All the amenities you would need! Even a waffle maker! Thanks Brian and family for a great vacation!

It’s a duplex, not a house.
The biggest disappointment with this listing was it is a duplex not a house. The VRBO listing did not show this. Towards end of trip the adjoining duplex was loud making it difficult to share. The laundry is outside of the unit and shared with others. Kitchen door knobs were falling off, kitchen cabinets were closed using Velcro and there were also exposed outlet switches…very dangerous if you have young kids. I question if the second bed is actually a queen. It was a tight fit for our two kids to share this bed. The driveway was also dangerous with uneven ground and potholes as we got in at night and couldn’t see. The owner had great communication before and after the trip but the listing was very disappointing.

Perfect Beach Getaway
Great location within walking distance of beach and downtown attractions. Stocked with everything you might need, plus many extras. Owner is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Fenced in yard is a plus for pet owners. Would definitely stay again!!

Great experience!
This was our first VRBO experience and it was a success! Awesome communication with the owner and quick to respond to questions. House was nice and clean. Loved the extras avaliable such as gaming system, Pac Man game and water accessories as well as the washer and dryer. Great experience and would stay here again!

Location was amazing. Only a few short blocks from the beach. Owner was extremely hospitable and even provided beach toys for kids. House was well kept and clean. In addition, the owner had both board games and video games to entertain the kids after a long day at the beach.

A fabulous long weekend away from the cold!
Brian, we had a great time at your rental. The bikes were such a great perk. We loved riding down to the country club and back. All of the beach items made it so easy also. The bed was so comfortable! Love the hot tub too! It was a great weekend away. Now back to a winter advisory weather advisory in New York. lol!!

What a wonderful surprise
This place was absolutely perfect . They go above and beyond . They think of every single little thing you could need . Literally all you need to do is bring clothes. Very clean and smelled great . We even got to meet the precious owners before we left they are wonderful people .

Very nice accommodations for a family focused weekend
Communication with Brian was excellent. He was very helpful and responsive. Don't judge this book on it's cover. The outside doesn't have stellar curb appeal, but inside the place was immaculate and comfortable. We spent most of our time with family on our weekend, but we did walk to the beach for sunrise one morning and walked to breakfast another. This would be a great location for a relaxing beach vacation. Thanks!

Nice, little cute place. Three blocks from access to ocean. No need to drive to beach. Farther from downtown pier, meaning no crowd and no noice. It was fabulous. Property is not older but well maintained. Brian is exceptional host. Kayaks are available but difficult to haul it to anywhere. But Brian has provided inflatable kayaks for those interested. We just enjoyed the warm water of Atlantic ocean. Not very far from many restaurants and other amenities.

Can into town for a funeral.
The owner was very accommodating with helping us with our last minute reservation of his property for my mother-in-law’s funeral. We are a family of six, so he went out of his way to purchase 2 twin air mattresses for my boys to be more comfortable. Although my older son did sleep on the sectional couch a few nights because is was so comfortable. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Parking 2 cars was not an issue at all. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook meals for our family. The bathrooms had soaps for us to use. The front yard was nice and big for us to take our dog out and the surrounding sidewalks were safe to walk with our kids and dog. We walked a few blocks one evening to take our dog on a beach walk. Located in the older part of Cocoa Beach, but we felt very safe staying with our kids. Thank you for your excellent communication with us throughout our visit, we really enjoyed our stay!
