"Could this property use a spruce up? Yes (and I only say this because I have no complaints and I'm nit picking). It feels a little dated, the rooms could use a new lick of paint, updated furniture and carpet etc. However these are little insignificant things that had no impact on my trip. You don't spend all day in your hotel room when you're in Singapore. The hotel was in a perfect location, right on the doorstep of 2 MRT stations (and a short walk to a 3rd). Many food options, short walk to the national museum, 7/11s. The room was always kept very clean, they are very comfortable with a great bed. Soundproofing wasn't that bad! You couldn't hear much outside noise (even when there's live music being played at a restaurant across the road). Staff were very friendly and very helpful. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant - next time. 10/10 would recommend 10/10 would stay again. Thank you."

"The hotel is beautiful. It's also conveniently located near MBS. I lived that it was connected to a mall and the train station. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from, without leaving the vicinity of the hotel. Also, the rooms are very comfortable and have amazing views. I stayed in a room that faces the MBS and it was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again when I come back to Singapore. "

"Beautiful hotel in a fabulous position in Singapore.. we had a room in the south tour and upgraded to a Fairmont gold room … which included use of the gold lounge with happy hour 5.30- 7.30 free food and drinks! And a lovely breakfast. On checkout day we were able to use the lounge until we left 👍 the view from the room (2331) was simply stunning."
