Clean, safe environment. We were in town to visit the university and this was near the university and also plenty dining and shopping options. Very close to the medical center. A great value!

Checking in was fast, but that was the only positive. Zero parking spots, between people not parking withing the lines, or big box trucks taking up 4 spots in the lot. Night staff was rather usless and didnt listen to a damn thing i said. Rooms were dingy, between the dirty bath tub and the smudges all over the mirrors. Lights in the room would flash on and off constantly. Toilet ran constantly, the hotels solution to that was shut the water to it off, wish i would've know that before using it and not being able to flush, bed and pillows are very uncomfortable and the pilliows smelled like old sweat. Breakfast was ok nothing special but it was good. If your thinking of booking this hotel maybe just look else were.

The carpet smelled musty and just awful. We had to open the window to be able to breathe. The room was like a dingy motel or rent-by-the-hour place—not the $200 we had to pay! Really really disappointed, though the man at front desk was very nice.

The check in process was easy and quick, even with me arriving late at night. However, the room had an odd, vaguely fishy and mildewy smell. Luckily I had a room spray with me which helped some. Still, my clothes smelt like the room the next day.
