My parents they stay at this hotel almost every year when tehy come to visit me, everything is really good the only problem that they have is that they don't have a good accomodations (meaning paking) for visit them. Around the area there is not parking, and in the hotel they charge you por the vallet $16 dolars from 0 to 8 hours, honestly there's times that we only go to pick them up and since staying in the hotel with them even 1 hour and paying this amount is kind of excesive, and parking around the area is good, but there's always this feeling of getting towed

I've stayed at this property before and have always been pleased with it, but it has been a couple years and this time I had a lot frustrations with it. The room itself was dim and no matter how many lights I turned on, it still felt very dark. One of the nights I wanted room service but there was no menu in the room. I called down and asked where I could find one and they said they had one on the app but that it was "very complicated to get to" so transferred me to the restaurant. They were confused, at which point I said I'd just come down and eat in the restaurant. The restaurant menu was pretty limited and the food was very average. Later, after showering I realized there was not a hair dryer in my room so I called down to ask for one to be sent up. The phone rang continuously with no answer. I eventually hung up and tried again, same result. On the third time someone finally answered. They did not see surprised that there was not a hair dryer in my room which seemed odd. The next day I was out the whole day and came back in the evening to a room that had not been serviced. The entire time I stayed there I interacted with several members of the staff and all seemed unhappy, bordering on rude with the exception of the gentleman working in the restaurant and one of the valets. Honestly it was just a very frustrating stay.

Staff was great, room and property was clean and updated, food was delicious from the restaurant. The only thing was the parking. There are no other parking options besides valet for $30 a day. There is some street parking about 1-2 blocks from the property but I wouldn’t trust my car there overnight.

Something I didn't like was parking situation. We didnt want to use valet parking and they said we had no choice but to use it. Even if we parked on the street, we had to give them our keys. Every time we waited for our truck to be brought to use, we would watch the valet come flying through with other peoples cars. Very disrespectful of customers vehicles.
