"Cannot fault this place! Staff were so welcoming and friendly, beautiful amenities, an amazing resort. The buffet breakfast is outstanding, worth noting that other food options for lunch and tea are quite expensive, but very good food! Would not hesitate to go back again!"

"The hotel has most of everything you'd want for a resort. My only particular concern was the room had a minor bug infestation, It wasn't a big deal just do not bring food to your room -- I took a muffin to the room but didn't eat it immediately, an hour later I went to pick it up and it was swarming with bugs. Otherwise, the hotel was pretty standard. I really appreciate that they had 2 separate pool areas, one for families/kids and one for adults."

"Could of used more Bula buses to get around the resort, we were on the other side of the lobby and it would take 30 mins to walk, average wait for a bus was 30 mins not 7 like they stated. Quiet dated. Probably wouldn’t stay again but we did have a good time."

"This is a beautiful resort. They are going through a huge renovation so not everything is available. A few of the bars are restaurants are in temporary locations and tents. The staff is very helpful, attentive and accommodating. I would recommend this place but it will be amazing when the reno is over. We were just here for a few nights transiting through. "

"Nice property with a great location for snorkeling. I had an oceanfront bure, they need paint, a deep cleaning, replace old couches and keep the facilities up. Restaurants were ok though very little variety from day to day."

"Rooms renovated shower damaged n washroom not up to level. No heated water. Had to clean the wall fans so to get clean air. I love the delicious tasty paid food but they should add more on included breakfast menu"
