"The manager was great. The home not so much. Massive deferred maintenance. Even the BBQ was rusted out. Pretty much everything needs replacing- windows counters bathrooms are all vintage 1980’s. The house is for sale so the owners apparently are not willing to remodel or even replace. Not even an inexpensive BBQ. For what they charge you can do much better."
